Park Derochie Coatings Ltd, one of western Canada’s largest specialty trade industrial contractors, offers supply, fabrication and installation of insulation and metal cladding for heat conservation, cryogenic and acoustic/noise control applications of process piping and equipment.

Established in 1956, Park Derochie has compiled a record of customer satisfaction and repeat business which has enabled us to become one of the premier contractors in the mechanical insulation, lead abatement, sandblasting/painting and fireproofing trades, both in the field or in the shop.

We provide trained applicators of pre-formed or custom fit Mineral Wool, Calcium Silicate, Foam Glass and Urethane products.

Insulated components often include: piping systems, pressure vessels, equipment, storage tanks, boilers, ductwork, precipitators, stacks, etc.

We employ leading edge technology and equipment to conform to any specification or project requirement. Our shop pre-fabrication facilities allow for further client savings and reduced on-site costs by utilizing a sophisticated CNC cutting system for layout & cutting of complex metal fittings such as gores, elbows, bevels, end caps, tank heads, etc. We also provide in-house manufacturing of insulation fittings, cut & clipped stainless steel bands etc. to provide added savings.

Park Derochie's fully trained project managers and estimators (5-35 years of experience) as well as our experienced supervisory personnel (10-25 years of experience) ensure that the mechanical insulation requirements are installed in a safe and cost effective manner. Our extensive project management and cost control systems are designed to provide accurate reporting that is compatible to virtually any client system.
