Founded in 1956, by Merle Derochie, Park Derochie has over 50 years experience. Over the years, we have increased our expertise and knowledge of industrial construction and maintenance.

As leaders in our industry, Park Derochie was one of the first to spray apply fireproofing which led to our development of a method to prefabricate cementitious fireproofing and implement a cost efficient stick-form procedure in our shop facilities.

Crew sizes vary with some projects having in excess of 100 workers on one site. During peak season, we may employ up to 400 trades people. We also have the capability of supplying in house NACE III certified inspectors on site.
