Shop Painting

With our 60,000 square foot heated shop facilities, we are capable of handling almost any shop project. We currently have six individual sandblast and paint facilities, and five overhead cranes, up to 15 tons each. We can accommodate piping, structural steel, skids, and stick-form fireproofing.

Our shop facilities allow us to accommodate larger diameter pipe for pipelines. We are certified to apply most approved products, including but not limited to the following:

• SP 3888
• SP 2888
• Madison
• Corpipe
• Zebron
• Enviroline
• Polybrid
• Devmat

All cranes and paint facilities are positioned with truck bays under cover, which allows for fast loading and off-loading. Our facility is setup for minimal handling, which allows a faster turn around, and less chance of damage to the product. All shop work is inspected by a NACE certified inspector.
