Jeff Granberg

Jeff has more than 30 years experience in the construction industry. Jeff first joined Park Derochie in 1976, however, in 1979 went on to post secondary in an unrelated field. Over the next 10 years Jeff went back and forth between the construction industry, social services, and was partner in a travel agency. Jeff returned to the construction industry on a full time basis in 1989 and re-joined Park Derochie in 1997 as Fireproofing Division Manager and Vice President of Construction. Jeff worked his way up through the rank and file, has been employed in the capacity of Project Manager, Senior Estimator, Division Manager, Operations Manager, Vice President, President and is currently CEO and co-owner of Park Derochie.

Brian joined Park Derochie in April 2015 after a 20-year career in a major Canadian international mining and refining company. 

Over the course of his work career, Brian has led Operations and Finance functions; most recently as the Executive Vice President, Operations with a workforce of in excess of 8,000 employees, having previously served as the Senior Vice President, Metals of one of the company’s business units.  Annual production records, as well as safety, environmental and financial milestones were achieved during Brian’s tenure leading operations.  The early part of Brian’s career was spent in a financial capacity, which included serving as business unit Chief Financial Officer. 

As Executive Vice President of PD Group of Companies, Brian works with Jeff Granberg to provide operational and financial leadership that encourages growth and safeguards the assets and financial viability of the company.

In his role as COO / President of Corporate Services for PD Group of Companies Inc. Mark will be working closely with the Executive Vice President (Brain Tiessen) and the CEO/Executive Chairman (Jeff Granberg) in our expansion plans and working on synergies with the PD Group of Companies Inc.. 

Having invested more than 25 years in the construction industry Mark has extensive practical construction experience both in the field and in a senior management capacity. Mark first joined Park Derochie in 1986, working seasonally as a Fireproofer. In 1999 he came on permanently and has held numerous positions since that time including estimating manager, project manager and construction manager. Through hard work and commitment he has worked his way to his current position as President and co-owner of Park Derochie.

Kent started at Park Derochie in 2010 after twelve years at one of the largest financial institutions in Canada.  Kent held senior commercial roles with an industry focus on various sectors of supply chain and construction as well as a roles in commercial risk management where he held responsibilities for risk analysis and credit decisions.

Kent continues to complement his education and industry experience by continually participating in training through CPA recommended courses and seminars.

As CFO/Controller, Kent leads a team that provides accounting, financing and treasury support to PD’s growing group of companies. For company growth and expansion, he ensures accurate budgeting and forecasting to all departments and companies. As a member of the Executive Team, he provides timely financial analysis and advice in order to further the organization’s growth objectives.

In his role as President of Park Derochie Michael is responsible for the overall strategic leadership, growth and expansion of the company. Additionally, Michael will provide a solid foundation to ensure the brand of Park Derochie is adhered to and kept at the forefront of the Industry.

Michael joined Park Derochie in 2013 from Construction Labour Relations (CLR), an organization representing construction employers in Alberta. Throughout his time at CLR, Michael was instrumental in the negotiation and administration of provincial collective agreements and administering the Rapid Site Access Program (RSAP).

After spending 10 years logging on British Columbia’s West Coast, Michael returned to school and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Lethbridge. Upon graduation, Michael spent 7 years in the labour relations field as a representative for unions, employers and administrative tribunals. Michael has worked for a large national construction contractor providing head office services including commercial contract review and providing  corporate level guidance and direction to various branches across Canada.

Doug’s first introduction to the construction industry was fireproofing for Park Derochie in 1979, commencing more than 15 years overall of construction experience. Interspersed with this experience Doug obtained a Diploma in Business Management and a Certificate in Facility Management which lead him to 7 years of work in the Economic Development sector of Rural Saskatchewan. Through a project he was involved in, an opportunity arose for a career move into the private sector and he became Vice-President of Marketing in an Agricultural venture and then moved to General Manager of a Processing Facility.

In 2003, Doug returned to Park Derochie in a Business Development/Project Management role in Edmonton, Alberta. Having worked in various capacities with Park Derochie in the Oil and Gas Sector Doug accepted the position of Vice President/General Manager when Park Derochie Coatings (Saskatchewan) Inc. was formed in 2010 and subsequently took on the role of President in 2014.

Andre Bellemore

Andre has 30 years of experience in the industrial coatings industry. In addition to holding a NAIT Business Administration Diploma and numerous Project Management courses, he has been a member of the Society of Protective Coatings (SSPC) for 17 years and is a Certified NACE Coating Inspector.

After joining Park Derochie in 2007 as an estimator in the Coatings Division, Andre progressed to the position of Manager of Estimating and Projects prior to accepting the role of President of WCT Industrial Inc. in 2014.

In April of 2017, Andre assumed the role of President of Park Derochie (Seaside) Coatings Inc. Having started his career in the coatings industry as a tradesman Andre has cultivated the exceptional ability to analyze projects. His superb estimating capabilities and his ability to mentor, along with a remarkable safety record and dedication to providing quality services are all qualities that will contribute the company’s ongoing growth, diversification and expansion.

In his role as President, Andre will work to further develop and refine corporate vision, identify new markets, maintain all corporate relationships and ensure corporate safety, quality and general practices are adhered to.
